One aspect of clothing design that can be very difficult to master is the matching up of prints along seams and darts, most especially if they're curved. The suggester said that, "~
StellarReverie says she was insane to take 200 pieces of diamond-shaped fabric (most of which she dyed herself) and put them together into a fitted coat. Maybe she was, but now at least she has one rockin' coat. The photo on the right is my favorite because it really shows the amount of thought that went into this with the diamonds on the arms lined up with the diamonds in the body, which is especially visible on the left arm. Even the diamonds in the hood line up with the rest down the back." (
